The Buried Editor's Author Links

Authors I admire, have worked with or know. You must decide which is which. (Although, occasionally, I just out and out say.)

Sylvia M. DeSantis
Writer? Teacher? Mermaid? Sounds about right... Learn more about Sylvia's freelance writing, her manuscripts, and all the great看stuff that keeps her ticking!

Kate DiCamillo
If you are an author that needs a website, this is the one to emulate. It is clean, simple, and easy to use. No wonder she has a Newbery. . .

Greg Fisbone
You can visit his or his character Septina's blog. Both are amusing and insightful looks at writing and publishing. I occasionally get in little spats with Septina on her blog.

Judy Gregerson
A former editor at Blooming Tree, she decided to publish with us instead. Her book comes out in 2007.

Lila Guzman
Lila does one of the best author visits I have ever seen. Author of a fiction series showing the Spanish contribution to the American Revolution, she also wrote a fantastic little book, Kichi in Jungle Jeopardy edited by me. I'm not biased at all.

Mindy Hardwick
Mindy's first published short story, Hurricanes, was published by Blooming Tree Press in Summer Shorts. Mindy holds an MFA from Vermont College. Shewrites young adult novels and picture books.

Diana Wynne Jones
Okay, I admit I've never worked with her, but Jones is one of the greatest children's fantasy authors of the late 20th century. If you even pretend to aspire to children's fantasy, you must read her books.

Shelby May
I went to school with Shelby and have edited some of her work.Excellent author who draws on the ocean for inspiration.

Stephenie Meyer
Author of Twilight and New Moon, her website is geared for fans. Hilarious section where she has headshots of her dream cast for the Twilight movie.

Paula J. Miller
Christian author Paula Miller. See her newly released children's book and visit several links for看fellow authors. Read book reviews看and visit Christian related websites.看

Garth Nix
Not one of the easiest sites to navigate, but Nix has such wonderful books and is such a darn good person, that I had to add it. He signed one of my books "To the Queen of Words." I think I've got a permanent crush.

Rick Riordan
A bookseller friend of mine just raves every time Rick does an event at his store. That might be why they're doing a Camp Half-blood literary camp this summer.

J.K. Rowling
Yes, obviously I don't know Rowling either, but this is the most fantastic author website I have ever seen.Cool flash animation aside, it ?s just so darn kid-friendly.

Madeline Smoot
A genius in her own right, Madeline mostly admires other people's works. You can view her shockingly out of date site here.

Lisa Tiffin
Site of freelance writer, Lisa Tiffin. You can see what's new, peruse her writing samples or send her publishing contracts!
